WOMEN of the WORD

First Lady Madeline Neyland is the ministry director of the Women’s Department here at Highland Christian Center. Our Women’s  fellowship provides multiple ways for you to connect with a variety of women spiritually, emotionally and socially as we grow in Christ and with each other. We are on a unique journey. So, let us take time to pour into each other. We are stronger together.

Come and grow with us.

Wednesday night Women’s Bible Study at 7:00 pm.

Here you can:

  • Study to show yourself approved – (2 Timothy 2:15)
  • Develop a daily walk with Jesus Christ
  • Use your God-given gifts to share the love of Jesus Christ
  • Participate in activities that will draw you closer to Jesus Christ
  • Build relationships that honor Jesus Christ

See you there.

Our Deaconess Ministry, under the leadership of Tiffany Crumble, is essential here at Highland Christian Center. They serve with excellence and love.

They are women gifted with a servants heart, faith, and passion for God’s people. Without this ministry our church would not be able to serve with excellence.

Once you become a member here consider joining the Deaconess Ministry.

Mother’ Board

The Mothers of the Mother’s Board are respected older women who help support and nurture younger women in the church under the guidance of Ivy Miller.

As mature and seasoned women of God the Mothers Board:

  • Prays for the salvation of mankind, leading the unsaved to Our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, and being examples for other women to follow.
  • Prays for our Pastor, leaders, members, and ministries.
  • Teaches the younger women the ways of the Lord, and be a good example to others. ( Titus 2:3 – 8 )
  • Provides assistance and support to the Women’s Ministry.

3Older women likewise are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers or slaves to much wine. They are to teach what is good, 4and so train the young women to love their husbands and children, 5to be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands…” – ( Titus 2:3 – 5 )
